Returns

Perishables

Perishable items cannot be returned due to the fact that a customer had a change of mind in respect of the particular purchased item, in line with public and food safety regulations.

Damaged / Incorrect Goods

If you have received damaged or defective goods from the online store (www.baggiesbiltong.com), please email us at sales@baggiesbiltong.com with:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Image of the damaged goods

If you have received incorrect goods from the online store (www.baggiesbiltong.com), please email us at sales@baggiesbiltong.com with:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Images of the incorrect goods

Once we receive the above, we will inspect it and notify you whether you are eligible for a return.

Refunds

Perishables

Baggies Biltong will gladly refund perishable goods should customers not be satisfied with the quality thereof, within the product’s Expiry date and if is in its original packaging. Please email us at sales@baggiesbiltong.com with:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Image of the goods, with the expiry date and undamaged packaging clear

Defective Goods

Should a product be defective the product should be brought back to the store in its original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange or gift voucher immediately.

Baggie's Biltong is not responsible for courier fees for returns. Baggie's Biltong will not collect returns from Singapore Postal Service or any other location.
