Yes, all Baggie's meats are produced in Singapore. We create all our products on a weekly basis ready to send out to our customers!
If you have a specific request for your order please reply to your order confirmation email. This message will come direct to the Baggie's team and we will do our best to accomodate you.
Yes you can! Please reply to your order confirmation email and let us know your preference (wet, dry, fatty, lean, whole pieces) and we will customise your order as much as possible.
We guarantee the freshness of our products, we will guarantee our cured meats for 1 week, and our fresh-frozen meats for 3 days once defrosted, from point of delivery or collection. This is with the caveat that our products are stored correctly and as advised.
Baggie's cured meat range should be stored refrigerated and in a breathable container, such as a paper bag. This will allow any moisture from the meat to disperse into the atmosphere.
Baggie's fresh-frozen meat range should be stored frozen. When you're ready to eat you can defrost for cooking. Once defrosted you can store refrigerated for up to 3 days.
Baggie's offer delivery 6 days a week to make sure you can get your products when you need them. For those having very specific requirements we also offer a collect in store and a nominated day and time delivery. All orders are subject to stock availability, which will be checked once your order is placed. Find out more about the delivery options here.
Yes you can! Please select in store collection when you check out and email us to arrange the collection. We will first need to check we can fulfil on your chosen collection time. You can cancel your order as long as it is over 24 hours before the delivery. For example, if your delivery is on Saturday morning you should cancel on Thursday evening. It is not possible to cancel the order on the day of delivery as your order will already be being packed.
If our delivery person finds that you are out when he or she delivers they will try and call you on the number provided to understand the situation. We will do what we can to make sure we can leave the delivery with a neighbour or concierge of your apartment. Unfortunately we cannot cancel the order, or put orders back into stock once the delivery has been sent.
If you are in anyway dissatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us at email@example.com and we will work with you to understand and resolve any issues. If we find that in anyway our products did not meet our very high standards we will refund or replace these items.
