Are Baggie’s meat products produced in Singapore?
Yes, all Baggie’s meats are all produced in Singapore. We create all our products on a weekly basis ready to send out to our customers!
I have a specific preference for my order, can that be accommodated?
If you have a specific request for your order please reply to your order confirmation email. This message will come direct to the Baggie's team and we will do our best to accomodate you.
Can I choose how I want my Biltong?
Yes you can! Please reply to your order confirmation email and let us know your preference (wet, dry, fatty, lean, whole pieces) and we will customise your order as much as possible.
How long do our products last?
We will guarantee freshness of our products including our dried and fresh meats for 1 week from point of delivery or collection. This is with the caveat that our products are stored correctly and as advised.
How should I store my products?
All Baggie’s meat products should be refrigerated immediately in order to keep them fresh. Our cured/dried meat products (Biltong, Droewors, Sticks and Bites) should be stored in a breathable container, such as a paper bag. This will allow any moisture from the meat to disperse into the atmosphere. All products should be refrigerated, including the dried products. In the case of the dried products the fridge will act as a dehumidifier as well as a cooled environment, helping keep damp away from the meat.
When can my order be delivered?
We offer Thursday evening, Saturday morning and Nominated day delivery. Nominated day delivery will be your chosen day and time once your order is available for delivery. Once you place your order with us one of our Baggie’s team please reply to your confirmation email to let us know your preferred date and time for delivery. As our products are made fresh for delivery it may mean we do not have product ready to send out on your ideal date particularly if you order later in the week.

Can I collect my order?
Yes you can! Please select in store collection when you check out and email us to arrange the collection. We will first need to check we can fulfil on your chosen collection time
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it is over 24 hours before the delivery. For example, if your delivery is on Saturday morning you should cancel on Thursday evening. It is not possible to cancel the order on the day of delivery as your order will already be being packed.
What if I forget about my delivery and I am out when the delivery comes?
If our delivery person finds that you are out when he or she delivers they will try and call you on the number provided to understand the situation. We will do what we can to make sure we can leave the delivery with a neighbour or concierge of your apartment. Unfortunately we cannot cancel the order, or put orders back into stock once the delivery has been sent.
Can I return an order?
If you are in anyway dissatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us at email@example.com and we will work with you to understand and resolve any issues. If we find that in anyway our products did not meet our very high standards we will refund or replace these items.
