Baggie's Fillet Tenderloin Steak is produced exclusively from free-roaming cattle born and raised on the vast, fertile grasslands of the northern Australian Outback. This gives it a consistent, distinctive and delicious natural flavour.

With no added hormones, MSA quality graded and 100 days grain fed, the meat is always ensured with top-notch consistency. Sustainability is a top priority for this producer and they became Australia’s First Carbon Neutral certified beef.

Our steak is portioned into a single 200g piece, and frozen so you get the freshest produce upon delivery.

Storing your meats

Your fresh-frozen meats should be stored in the freezer until you are ready to use them. Before use you should defrost your meats in the refrigerator, and then store refrigerated until you are ready to cook. Once defrosted and in the refrigerator we recommend cooking and eating within 3 days of defrost for guaranteed quality and freshness.
