Baggie's Boerewors is a traditional South African sausage made from beef and pork. Baggie's use award-winning Australian free-range pork and Australian grass-fed beef for the Boerewors. The quality of this sausage is incredibly high, and reflected in it's taste.
The Baggie's Boerewors flavour comes from a unique blend of spices comprising mainly of pepper and coriander.
Boerewors originates from South Africa and the word Boerewors actually means "Farmers Sausage". There are strict rules around labelling a product Boerewors as it must contain at least 90% meat, whereas other types of sausage contain a lot less meat!
We make our Boerewors sausage fresh in our butchery and deli shop right here in Singapore. We portion these into 500g and 1kg spirals, as they are traditionally made in South Africa. We then pack and freeze the Boerewors so that you get the freshest possible product when we deliver.

Water 25g (5%)
Boerewors spice mix 17g (3%)
Natural hog casing 8g (2%)
Spice mix contains:
Coriander seeds and powder
Pepper Gluten: Yes (Wheat bran)
Your boerewors should be stored in the refrigerator in its original packaging and consumed within one week of receipt for guaranteed quality and freshness.
